We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Identify and analyze financial trends and variances to inform business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including divisional business colleagues and external accounting authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
