**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our manufacturing operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain production schedules for our Tijuana and San Diego manufacturing plants, ensuring seamless coordination with sales, production, and procurement teams.
- Utilize our ERP system (Epicor) to manage and track production schedules, inventory levels, and order statuses, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production scheduling and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize production workflows, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, and procurement teams, to ensure alignment of production plans with customer demands.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
