About the RoleWe're seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our Mover Experience UX research team. As a UX Researcher, you'll be responsible for driving research and design strategy to craft outstanding customer experiences. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and data scientists to evaluate experience outcomes and provide significant customer insights. Your mission will be to make Zillow the most-loved place to discover, buy, sell, or rent a home.
Key Responsibilities- Apply appropriate research methods to evaluate customer experiences and identify opportunities for improvement
- Synthesize and frame customer needs to guide product strategy and innovation
- Advocate for customer needs throughout the design process and ensure alignment with business initiatives
- Lead research activities such as user interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, diary studies, co-design sessions, concept evaluation, and usability testing
- Present research insights and engage with designers, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and other researchers
- 2+ years of experience in UX research or a similar role conducting primary research in an applied setting
- Experience moderating remote/virtual qualitative research with research participants
- Expertise in survey design and descriptive and inferential statistics
- Familiarity with data analysis using R or Python and SQL
- Proficiency in data analysis using R, Python, or similar, and experience with SQL
