We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Mvw. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of payroll for our associates.

• Calculate and process payroll for associates, including salaries, wages, benefits, and severance pay.
• Determine and prepare tax calculations and reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll software and maintain accurate records of wage payments.
• Communicate effectively with department heads and associates to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including LFT, LISR, LINFONAVIT, LIMSS, and ISN.

• 2 years of experience in payroll management, preferably with a focus on compensation and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, including Office software package and Payroll Software Management.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates and department heads.

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience with financial software and systems.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day. The salary is $17, $20,000.00 per month. The job offers a range of benefits, including food vouchers and a comprehensive compensation package.
