Job Summary
Nordson is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing transfer projects between Nordson locations or customer sites to Nordson Tecate.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear goals and objectives for transfer projects.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Theory of Constraints methodologies.
- Prepare technical reports and documents, including validation protocols, qualification test procedures, and acceptance test procedures.
- Manage EHS projects and regulatory activities within the Tecate facility.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
- Previous technical/engineering management experience.
- Knowledge of molding and/or extrusion processes is preferred.
- Experience with advanced engineering and statistical problem-solving methods, including Six Sigma training.
