About the Position: Research Associate

We seek a highly skilled Research Associate to support our research efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing research studies, including creation of research instruments, protocols, and methodologies for interviews.
  • Independently collecting qualitative data through phone conversations with participants to gather in-depth insights.
  • Managing research operations, overseeing data collection and management, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyzing data to generate insights and reports, extracting meaningful information from study findings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in robust data collection exercises for qualitative information.
  • Strong qualitative research skills, including data collection through interviews.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis.
  • Fluency in English and local language, Bangla.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
