We are seeking an Embedded SW Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology Engineering Center, where you will be part of a dynamic software development team.
As an Embedded SW Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and provide support for proprietary embedded Linux distributions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create custom Linux distros using build systems like Yocto. Your expertise in firmware development, microcontrollers, and embedded systems will be essential in setting up and debugging the system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of C/C++ programming language, firmware development, and embedded systems. Knowledge of microcontrollers, peripherals, and communication protocols like I2C, SPI, and CAN is also crucial. Proficiency in Python scripting language and basic knowledge of Git version control are also required. Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as proactiveness, are essential for success in this role.
