Job Description
- Develop, update, and maintain intricate financial models to assess the viability of potential investments, taking into account market trends, zoning regulations, and construction costs.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth due diligence processes, encompassing entitlements, engineering, construction, and other essential aspects.
- Conduct extensive research on the local real estate market, employing your knowledge of location assessment and comparable sales analysis.
- Prepare investment memorandums and deal briefs to inform executive decisions and guide the investment committee.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine the fund's strategic investment plan.
- Produce high-quality reports outlining key findings and recommendations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, preferably with experience in the real estate sector.
- Degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel as required.
