Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator II to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for providing end-user desktop and server support, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems hardware and software, as well as related infrastructure.
- Participate in technical research and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations.
- Ensure system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures meet client needs and adhere to industry standards.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation to support technical processes and procedures.
- 3-5 years of experience in providing end-user desktop support and infrastructure systems management.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Microsoft 365.
- Active Directory administration and mobile device management.
- Software installation and support, including Office 2016/2019/365 suite and line-of-business applications.
- Hardware installation and support, including physical components and vendor support.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and networking devices.
- Security awareness and incident response.
- Familiarity with MFA/SSO/Web Security and spam filtering.
- Technology-related Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or related IT experience.
- Industry-relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+.
