Senior Controls Engineer for Equipment Development and Maintenance

This is a senior-level position in controls engineering, focusing on equipment development and maintenance. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of standards and specifications for equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop standards for PLC programming for various types of equipment.
- Create new equipment programming solutions.
- Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and data handling functions in Control Logix processors.
- Participate in PFMEA analysis to identify and implement error-proofing requirements throughout the production process.
- Support the maintenance department by assisting in the troubleshooting of equipment issues.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, and/or equivalent 5 years of related work experience.
Experience with Allen Bradley's RS Logix 5, RS Logix 5000, ControLogix, and Panelview development software is essential.
Skills and Qualifications- Advanced level English language proficiency.
- Decision analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities.
