**Job Title:** Recalls Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Recalls Specialist to join our team at Autozone. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for automating and analyzing data using advanced tools and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Automate and write code using SAS, Excel, SQL, Web Focus, and Cubes to create trend analysis and statistics.
  • Analyze excesses and discontinued products throughout the supply chain.
  • Review the Supply Chain Tool to request Return Good Authorizations (RGAs), status changes, and calendar recall scheduling.
  • Monitor Recall Tracking and provide information on indicators of overdue and ongoing recalls.
  • Generate and follow-up on reports of SKUs in Destruction.
  • Perform administrative activities related to the recall process.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Three to five years of experience in analysis and SQL.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, PHP, Java, and Web Focus.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
