We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Apodaca Plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English language proficiency.
  • ERP system knowledge and experience with PLCs.
  • Strong electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge.
  • TPM knowledge and experience.
  • Travel availability and ability to obtain necessary visas and passports.
