We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Program Coordinator to join our team at Grid Dynamics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing global mobility programs that meet the company's business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Partner with the Global Mobility Manager to design and improve programs, policies, and administration of the mobility process.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to local office talent acquisition teams, HR Partners, and HR team members on global mobility-related matters.
  • Maintain internal systems, such as Jira and Wiki, to ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor related to your position and department.
  • Be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Attend office meetings and contribute to team discussions.
