About the Role
Cotiviti is seeking a skilled Auditor I to join our Retail audit team. As an Auditor I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of retail clients' financial transactions to identify errors and over-payments.
- Develop and implement effective audit programs to ensure value negotiated is value delivered.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend actionable solutions.
- Analyze large data sets and various databases to identify trends and anomalies.
- Communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, and complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of auditing experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
