Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at Intugo. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements for clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Bookkeeping: Enter and/or review accounting activity in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly, preparing and adjusting journal entries as needed.
  • Client Interaction: Obtain necessary information from clients for accounting purposes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Tax Compliance: Reconcile sales tax and payroll accounts, preparing and filing sales tax returns and property tax returns.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate and prepare various financial reports as needed, organizing income tax documents for accurate and timely filing.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Google's suite, Drive, and Chrome.
  • Communication Skills: English proficiency at a medium to high level, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, with ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $22, $25,000.00 per month.
  • Full-time Position: Monday to Friday, morning shift.
