The Role- You will prepare, edit, and manage essential documents and forms with precision using Adobe Acrobat.
- Track and maintain client files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and properly stored.
You will also conduct deep-dive searches for asset recovery, identify variations in company names and ownership structures, and help structure the asset search process to streamline intake and data collection.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining records of corporate transactions that impact asset claims and providing initial research sweeps to uncover critical insights for the team.
We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable using Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and other software tools to manage tasks and present research findings clearly and concisely.
