Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team at the Rio Grande restaurant. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests receive prompt and attentive service.
• Prepare and present food and beverages to guests according to our menu standards.
• Manage tables efficiently, ensuring that all guests receive their orders on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6-12 months of experience as a Server in a similar industry (preferably in the hotel sector).
• Excellent verbal, written, and auditory communication skills, with full proficiency in English.
• A positive and welcoming attitude, with excellent teamwork and time management skills.
• A proactive approach, with a strong, creative personality, enthusiasm, great work ethic, maturity, and passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
