About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead our AI innovation efforts and drive the development of cutting-edge content solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of AI-driven content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI-driven content strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to identify opportunities and develop pitches that showcase our AI capabilities
  • Oversee the production of AI-driven content, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery
  • Work closely with operations and casting teams to manage current workloads and forecast incoming projects
  • Implement and enhance existing Studio AI production processes to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Support tracking and benchmarking of existing productions to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our Client.Monks teams
  • Closely collaborate with Regional business leads to deliver end-to-end experiences for our clients
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and challenges that may impact production timelines, budgets, or quality
  • Develop and manage regional squad teams to deliver AI products and help form teams, enable them, and hold them accountable to deliver on their commitments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' experience in print/photo, motion, social, and digital and post-production/content production, with progressively expanding roles in an advertising agency or high-tech environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong PM skill set
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Expectation to learn the AI-approved tool stacks and dive in head first to be able to build and develop net new craft process
Knowledge & Skills
  • Mastery in at least two discipline areas: Motion, Interactive, emerging media, art buying/print production; programming or, understanding of additional technological related disciplines
  • Fluency in complex contracting including talent (union and non-union), music licensing/publishing and 3rd party works for hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (AI, IDD, PS)
  • Willingness to learn the AI-approved tool stacks and dive in head first to be able to build and develop net new craft process
