Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Michael Page México. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen candidates for client positions
  • Provide advice to clients on salary levels, training requirements, and career opportunities
  • Work towards and exceed targets related to candidate placement and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in networking and relationship building
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
