Key Responsibilities:- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, managing teams and analyzing market trends and market size by integrating analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Facilitate service issues that may arise, serving as a liaison between Transfer product and Branches.
- Assist in assessing current status of all regulations related controls, recommending control enhancements as needed.
- Establish a rapport with business managers, compliance, legal, internal audit, and other controls areas, acting as an SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- Assess risk and drive actions to address the root causes that lead to operational risk losses, establishing and maintaining a robust control environment and culture within Citi business.
- Assist senior management in achieving and maintaining strategic objectives, promoting efficiency, reducing the risk of loss, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare client presentations for senior management, ensuring all KYC and AML as well as other compliance norms and regulations are strictly adhered to.
Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape, regularly assuming informal/formal leadership role within teams and involved in coaching and training of new recruits.
