The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience managing complex IT projects. You will work closely with the global team to define milestones and detailed task planning with dependencies and resources. Additionally, you will organize project team meetings to ensure effective communication and management.

A successful candidate will have training or certifications in program/project management best practices (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) and advanced knowledge of SharePoint (O365) and Power Platform (Power Automate & PowerApps).

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on support for small projects using SharePoint.
  • Interface between end users and the global team to translate requirements.
  • Manage the planning and execution of the SAP Template as part of the global rollout, defining milestones and detailed task planning with dependencies and resources.
  • Define, monitor, and adapt project plans to align with changing circumstances.
  • Organize project team meetings to ensure effective communication and management.
  • Coordinate local project steering committees, ensuring representation from management and IT, while preparing documentation and following up on actions.
  • Identify project issues and risks, ensuring transparency, reporting, and mitigation strategies.
