About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Information Technology team in a Business Analyst role. The successful candidate will work closely with business owners to understand business processes, workflows, and relationships to solutions that meet business needs.
Job Summary:
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and at least one year of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Document and track current and future state business processes, requirements, and designs for simple, less complex business processes.
- Define and create policies and procedures for minor projects, enhancements, and system support documentation.
Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Working Conditions:
