Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Intangibles Talent. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our competitive edge in the industry by providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive advantages to inform the bidding process
  • Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish precise cost estimates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with Plan Swift and/or AutoCAD is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project estimating
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
