Mammotome, a trusted leader in breast cancer diagnostics and support products, seeks a skilled Technician, Quality Assurance (Environmental and Sterilization) to join our team in Tijuana, Mexico.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can coordinate sample collection, arrange processing and/or testing by vendors, analyze process certificates and lab reports, and release internal documentation with precision and attention to detail.

This role is part of our Quality Assurance Engineering team and reports to the Sterilization and Biocompatibility Manager. You'll be responsible for coordinating monthly Environmental Monitoring duties and organizing related training activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Quality Department and hold a truncated engineering degree or Technical Level in a relevant field, such as Productivity, Quality, Electronics, or Electromechanical Technician.

You'll also need to be proficient in English and able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, as well as read and interpret documents like safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate device sample requests, shipments to sterilizers and/or external laboratories, processing by vendors, and analysis of process certificates and lab reports
  • Conduct and coordinate monthly Environmental Monitoring activities, analyze routine and special monitoring results, evaluate trends, and resolve incidents
  • Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to Good Manufacturing Practices, environmental control, and sterilization matters to improve bio-contamination control
