About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Planning Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in optimizing planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coach the Planning and/or Scheduling team at a manufacturing facility, focusing on day-to-day or tactical tasks.
  • Provide input to the creation of a strategic roadmap and be responsible for execution.
  • Optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial (inventory) goals.
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and implement improvements.
  • Provide direction, delegate, and remove obstacles to accomplish goals.
  • Ensure adequate coverage of the department and backup coverage.
  • Conduct onboarding and cross-training for team members.
  • Provide support as needed to other plants and/or planning teams.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
  • 5 years of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience leading and/or developing others.
  • Proficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating through ambiguous and complex situations.
  • Some experience in resolving conflict situations effectively, with minimal noise.
