**Job Summary**
Grupo Prodensa is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility and grounds.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and repair all facility equipment, including machinery, air compressors, and forklifts.
- Troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance on electrical and electronic components.
- Ensure the proper functioning of facility HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and alarm systems.
- Complete maintenance request orders from other departments in a timely manner.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance/facilities team.
- Oversee the completion of building maintenance and janitorial services.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- +5 years of experience in maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical drive systems, electrical and electronic components, and plumbing and machining.
- Ability to read blueprints and test equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position.
- 8-hour shift.
- English Advanced (Mandatory).
