Courier Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Courier Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup and Delivery: Safely transport packages between locations, adhering to FedEx Express features of service and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Package Handling: Ensure proper handling and care of packages, including inspection, loading, and unloading, while adhering to FedEx safety policies and procedures.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned vehicle, reporting any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Licencia de Manejo: Type E driving license required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in driving cargo units for logistics companies.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the city and surrounding areas for efficient package delivery.
• Attitude: Excellent service attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
