- Maintain the appropriate stock of culture media for daily use
- Take care of the materials and supplies of the area
- Initiative, organization, honesty, responsibility, and reliability are priorities, accustomed to working under pressure.
- Good laboratory practices
- Provide the necessary materials and supplies to the area.

**Main Activities:**

Preparation of culture media
- Handling of basic laboratory equipment (balances, potentiometers, autoclaves)
- Verification and calibration of equipment (balances and potentiometer)
- Preparation of material for sterilization
- Verification of equipment temperatures within the laboratory
- Perform the registration and traceability in time and form of the quality control of the media, materials, and supplies prepared within the area; Management of logbooks.
