You will ensure the implementation of quality standards and apply quality methods to increase quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote quality improvement processes and encourage employee participation.
  • Implement quality standards and apply quality methods to increase quality performance.
  • Support the systematic implementation of CBS (Continental Business System) methods and tools.
  • Identify and implement improvement measures to reduce manufacturing costs and improve processes.
  • Use audit and quality review results to configure sustainable optimizations and ensure their implementation.
  • Motivate and support employees to share their ideas for improvement.
  • Establish a link between plant objectives and strategy with production floor operations.
  • Act as a role model and coach for floor employees, promoting a healthy leadership culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational qualifications based on local regulations (e.g., Highly Skilled Operators or Technicians with several years of work experience or Certified Master Worker).
  • Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Several years of work experience in plant operations, ideally in various areas (e.g., Quality, Production, Manufacturing Engineering).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership, preferably through team coordination.
