About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation in Tijuana, Mexico. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct regular security tours to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
  • Monitor and operate CCTV systems, access controls, and key cabinets to ensure the security of our facilities.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet common goals related to overall company strategy.
  • Develop and maintain security reports and statistics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; more than 1 year of experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Demonstrated skills to influence others to engage in EHSS initiatives and philosophy.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to meet common goals related to overall company strategy.
  • Unrelenting sense of urgency to act/respond and customer focus.
  • Basic knowledge in physical security and Microsoft Office is desirable.
