As a key member of our Service and Product Processors Technology team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our work and driving Issue Management and Safety and Soundness compliance across the area.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Service and Product Processors Technology teams in the Issue Management process, acting as a contact with the Issue Management team.
- Drive Issue Management and Safety and Soundness compliance across the area.
- Work with teams to ensure that the Issue management process is properly followed and issues are solved as planned.
- Ensure prompt escalation when issues or deviations to plan are identified and drive towards their prompt attention.
- Guide Issue Owners and Stakeholders for accurate issue definition, effective root cause analysis, project planning that integrates all the work required and all predictable dependencies, and timely resolution avoiding re-targets for closure.
- Ensure that Safety and Soundness commitments are timely taken care of.
- At least 3 years of experience in Issue Management Standards and Processes.
- Knowledgeable in Technology Policies/Processes/Standards and Governance Frameworks (e.g. COBIT).
- Knowledgeable in iCAPS (desirable).
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- English Advanced.
