About This Role

This role requires a hands-on approach, directly managing data entry and maintenance in SuccessFactors (SF), supporting compensation and employee lifecycle processes, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

This position is heavily focused on system management, process execution, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems and Administrative Management
  • Responsible for managing and updating SuccessFactors (SF): data entry, employee transactions, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Execute and coordinate hiring, internal changes, and termination processes, ensuring correct documentation in SF.
  • Support the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including calculations and adjustments in SF.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts and job structures within corporate systems.
Operational HR Support
  • Prepare and manage contracts, addendums, offer letters, and other HR documents.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding and offboarding processes in the region.
  • Coordinate and execute performance evaluations, ensuring proper recording in SF.
  • Assist in benefits and compensation administration by gathering data and ensuring policy adherence.
  • Coordination with Regional & Global HR Teams
  • Act as a liaison between local and regional HR teams, ensuring the effective implementation of global processes in LATAM.
  • Support HR audits by ensuring all documentation and data in SF are up to date and compliant.
  • Assist in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring their correct execution in the region.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate reports on turnover, headcount, compensation, and performance using SuccessFactors and Excel.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros) for data management.
  • Track key HR indicators and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
