Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance and Risk Management Analyst to join our team at CEMEX. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of our insurance and risk management strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of the insurance and risk management strategy, including commission billing, payments scheduling, audits management, analytics, and monthly reports.
- Provide analytics support for the placement and administration of global insurance programs, including Property, Marine, Marine P&I, Casualty, and others.
- Support the management of complex claims and provide analytics support for the placement and administration of insurance programs in Mexico, including Medical, Life, and Dental, as well as Mobile Equipment, Surety bonds, and Infrastructure projects.
Key Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 to 4 years of work experience in Finance, Planning, Insurance, or equivalent areas.
- Technical skills for this role include proficiency in software for data collection and presentation, advanced Excel capabilities, aptitude in articulating data-driven decisions, and staying abreast of the latest innovations and trends in the insurance industry.

- Internal: HR, GES, Legal, Finance, Tax, Shipping, Trading, Operations
- External: Insurance companies (Axa, Chubb, Qualitas, Ana Seguros, etc), insurance brokers (Aon, MARSH), Advisors & Consultants
