Mot Account Representative

**Role Summary**:
At Mot, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company to customers, providing them with the knowledge and skills to meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Proactively make outbound calls to engage and develop sales opportunities with assigned existing accounts.
• Work closely with decision makers to expand volume business and identify sales opportunities.
• Effectively partner with branch and division teams to ensure proper execution of customer needs.
• Diligently update CRM to stay current on account follow-ups and active quoting opportunities.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and train customers on these tools as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and two or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong sales experience, with a proven ability to understand customer pain points, product requirements, and identify potential add-on sales opportunities.
• Reliable, organized, detailed, focused, with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with field sales teams.
• Strong and professional communication skills, with the ability to present to customers and effectively manage time while achieving sales growth goals.
• Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
