About the Role

Nuvit Service is seeking a highly skilled GRC Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement company policies and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Oversee all business operations relating to compliance, including policies, investments, and procedures.
  3. Design and monitor control systems to identify and mitigate potential risks and violations of legal rules and internal policies.
  4. Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
  5. Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
  6. Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
  7. Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
  8. Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
  9. Supervise compliance officers and team members.
Requirements
  1. BA/BS in a business-related field and/or equivalent years of education and experience working in a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.
  3. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
  4. Knowledge of policies and procedures related to GDPR, CCPA, and PCI.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compliance-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
  6. Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with senior leadership, colleagues, and clients.
  7. Demonstrated success working with internal audit, external auditors, outside consultants, and legal affairs.
  8. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale projects.
  9. Ability to use GitLab.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience
  1. 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role.
  2. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (for example: UNIX or Windows or Databases or Mainframe).
  3. Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable).
  4. Good organization and planning skills.
  5. Strong communication and document processing skills.
  6. Desirable Advanced level of English. Technical English is required.
  7. Ease of responding to multiple scenarios and highly dynamic work environments.
  8. Interested in constantly updating your knowledge.
  9. Proactive.
  10. Teamwork.
  11. Highly motivated, driven, and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment.
  12. Desire to learn and grow with a team of security access professionals.
