Main Responsibilities
- As a Software Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you will be part of a delivery scrum team and collaborate with stakeholders to build and implement solutions that enhance the capability, reliability, and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP.
- Translate business requirements into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Communicate with stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and improve our products.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum team and participate in team Scrum events.
- Collaborate with Deere Product Managers and 3rd-party functional consultants to develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
- Analyze and formulate plans for low to medium complexity requests.
- Provide production support for the system.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Dynamics AX, D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) development, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with software test automation techniques and Unit Test Frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and define business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understanding of ERP tools and related business processes.
- Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
- Ability to analyze and solve low to medium complexity application problems.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer (MB-500) certification or equivalent experience.
- X++ development using extensions and custom service development in X++.
- Previous experience with C# and/or.NET framework.
- Appetite for continuous learning and willingness to develop deep technical skills.
- Previous experience with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple business stakeholders.
- Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
