The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer-Vendor Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our SAP support team, you will be responsible for providing baseline support for customer and vendor documents within our SAP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor key interface transmissions in SAP for customer and vendor data
  • Analyze and resolve issues associated with failed documentation on key interfaces
  • Determine root cause analysis on documentation errors and resolve or partner with IT to recommend corrections and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as liaison between end-users, SAP technical support, and business support to resolve documentation issues
  • Assist in identifying and compiling system test cases and participate in system and acceptance testing on various projects
  • Compile or modify training documentation and present to business users on issues, changes, etc. associated with the process
  • Compile and report documentation metrics on a daily/weekly/period basis

Requirements

  • Demonstrate understanding of logistics supply chain systems
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 programs, specifically intermediate/advanced Excel
  • Requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
