We are seeking a highly skilled Nominista - Club Vacacional to join our team at Mvw. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of salaries, wages, benefits, and severance pay for our associates.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and process payroll for associates, including deductions for loans, responsibilities, and other concepts.
- Review and balance payroll variables, such as bonuses and sales commissions.
- Determine and prepare tax calculations and reports, as well as contributions to social security institutions and housing.
- Verify accurate invoicing and send payroll receipts to associates.
- Maintain updated files for control, audit, and clarification purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve associate inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and withholdings.
- 2 years of experience in payroll management.
- Proficiency in office software and payroll software management.
- Knowledge of payroll calculations, company policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to analyze accounting records and maintain accurate control of payroll calculations.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month. The working hours are 8 hours a day, and the location is in person.
