**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery of products

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, production, and engineering to ensure alignment and effective communication

• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to optimize production processes and reduce lead times

• Develop and implement strategies to minimize inventory levels and reduce waste

• Collaborate with the purchasing team to develop custom supply solutions for long lead time parts

• Implement and maintain production control systems, including master scheduling, production planning, and material requirements planning

• Approve quantities, schedules, and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering

• Coordinate and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in production

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials

• Analyze and report on production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure that products meet customer requirements and industry standards

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or material management in a dynamic manufacturing environment

• Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility

• Experience with SAP or other production planning software

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
