What You'll Do

  • Manage a maintenance calendar for our repair technicians, updating it as service requests come in.
  • Triage requests and prioritize them by urgency, ensuring timely service and maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  • Collaborate with residents, technicians, and vendors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Manage billing, order supplies as needed, and ensure all maintenance requests are fully addressed.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience with a proven ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with computers, typing, and programs such as MS Office and client work order management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and professional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing circumstances, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong desire to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Property Meld or experience with residential or multifamily maintenance.
  • Problem-solving experience.
