Quality Assurance Supervisor

At Contactpoint 360, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our agents provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to guarantee compliance with our QA policies.
  • Collaborate with our CSAT program to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Establish a quality assurance methodology to evaluate partner service delivery quality and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance specialists to assess customer service instances using a certified quality monitoring form.
  • Examine business data to develop and implement strategies to enhance agent performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of BPO experience, with at least 2 years in a quality supervisor capacity or equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lead and influence various types of people.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of planning and executing.
