Key Responsibilities

  • Record invoices in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Create payment request forms and process payments for trade vendors, general procurement vendors, and employee expenditure records.
  • Prepare and record payments through our ERP system.
  • Manage refunds and reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Attend to vendor requirements and ensure seamless communication.

  • Proven experience in accounts payable and financial analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
