About the Role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in Security products like Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), Web Security (Proxy), Data Protection, CASB, Endpoint DLP, Data Classification, and EDR.

You will be part of our Global Shared Services Technology team to provide technical expertise to maintain operational stability while reducing risk.

The successful candidate will develop and implement DLP and Web security policies and procedures to prevent sensitive data transfer, sharing, or theft.

They will analyze alerts, mitigate risks, and minimize incident impact on the organization.

This role also involves providing support for Endpoint DLP suite & Secure Web Gateway, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to policy configuration, network integration, and system performance.

The ideal candidate will ensure 100% solution coverage through periodic reconciliations, publish DLP reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to align data protection policies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement DLP and Web security policies and procedures.
  • Analyze alerts and mitigate risks to minimize incident impact.
  • Provide support for Endpoint DLP suite & Secure Web Gateway.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to policy configuration, network integration, and system performance.
  • Ensure 100% solution coverage through periodic reconciliations.
  • Publish DLP reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data protection policies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field provides a strong foundation.
  • Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing DLP/Web filtering/EDR/CASB solutions.
  • Good knowledge of data protection technologies.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
