- Manage budgets and control expenses to maintain financial stability.
- Enhance critical metrics by identifying and implementing standard methodologies.
- Coordinate recruitment at all levels, ensuring we attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations and union relationships to foster a progressive partnership.
- Take responsibility for managing union labor relations, guaranteeing adherence and harmony.
- Administer employee benefits to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maquiladoras, demonstrating proven expertise.
- High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional people skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations successfully.
