The Senior Business Continuity Analyst will support Citi's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM).
Key Responsibilities
- Produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form.
- Conduct data analysis and Excel modeling to inform business decisions.
- Develop business knowledge of documentation types and purposes.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
- Deliver high-quality work in pressured environments, with a strong attention to detail.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and strategy realignment.
- Collaborate with senior business sponsors and stakeholders to promote consensus decisions.
- Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy, with limited direct supervision.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk, and relationship management.
- Experience in technology project management, data modeling, and workflow mapping.
- 2+ years of experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups (preferred).
Education
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Language
Advanced English level.
Job Family
