Position Overview
We are looking for a Content Evaluator proficient in Spanish (Mexico) to join our organization.

In this role, you will meticulously assess and rate various types of content in Spanish (Mexico) according to established guidelines.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to remain objective while evaluating content quality.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assess content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Apply predefined criteria to evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Rate content in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
  • Provide detailed feedback on content quality, identifying areas for improvement as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain uniformity and consistency in rating decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in content standards to enhance evaluation accuracy.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to deadlines.
  • Follow confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Fluency in Spanish (Mexico) at a native level.
  • Strong understanding of Mexican culture and societal norms.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to focus during content evaluations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and apply guidelines effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of digital content platforms and social media.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing guidelines and priorities.
  • Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is advantageous, though not required.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
