- Rate content in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
- Provide detailed feedback on content quality, identifying areas for improvement as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain uniformity and consistency in rating decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in content standards to enhance evaluation accuracy.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to deadlines.
- Follow confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in Spanish (Mexico) at a native level.
- Strong understanding of Mexican culture and societal norms.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to focus during content evaluations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and apply guidelines effectively.
- Basic knowledge of digital content platforms and social media.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing guidelines and priorities.
- Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is advantageous, though not required.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
