Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to conceptualize and execute ad campaigns.
  • Present and defend design decisions to peers and executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of advertising trends, consumer psychology, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
