Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet them.
  2. Advertise job openings on various international platforms to attract top talent, utilizing social media and professional networks.
  3. Source potential candidates via online channels, leveraging expertise in cold calling and sourcing, and screening candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  4. Organize and conduct initial interviews, utilizing excellent communication skills to assess candidate fit, and built lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
  5. Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with our clients, providing timely updates and status reports.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Experience working with BPO roles, particularly in customer service, marketing, and sales representation, with a strong understanding of the European market.
  3. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks, enabling efficient candidate sourcing, and proficiency in English and other European languages.
  4. Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably during morning to afternoon sessions, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
