At Solcal Energy Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Appointment Sales Representative to join our team. This part-time opportunity offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward.

Compensation: $12.50 per hour + productivity incentives + weekly bonus

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate, supplemented by bonuses for exceptional performance. Our comprehensive compensation package includes:

  • $12.50 per hour base pay
  • Productivity incentives for meeting targets
  • Weekly bonuses for outstanding performance

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST, CST, or PST

We offer a flexible schedule that suits your lifestyle. Enjoy a consistent routine, with set hours from Monday to Thursday.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 1 year of appointment setting experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven sales skills and at least a year's worth of experience in appointment setting. If you have a track record of success in these areas, we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits:

  • $25 per sit
  • $200 bonus for 4 sits in a week

As an Appointment Sales Representative, you'll earn a competitive rate per sit, plus additional bonuses for achieving your targets. We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication.

Experience:

  • 2 years of sales experience (required)
  • 1 year of call center experience (required)

We're looking for individuals with a strong background in sales, as well as experience working in a call center environment. If you've got the skills and the passion, we want to hear from you.

Language:

100% professional English required

We communicate exclusively in English, so you'll need to be fluent and confident in your language skills.
