**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from receipt to shipment. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform daily inventory management and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Process all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, purchasing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management and logistics.

• Analyze and interpret data from our SAP system to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process changes to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement best practices for inventory management and supply chain operations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements.

• Provide training and support to new employees and operations personnel on the use of SAP and other inventory management systems.

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory levels, shipments, and other supply chain activities.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in SAP and other inventory management systems, including MM, PP, WMS, and SD modules.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO, FEFO, and batch control.

• Experience with inventory reconciliation and cycle counting.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
